The predecessor of this company which is located 80 km from Beijing was set up in 1984 but it was reshaped in 1992. It was turned into its current form in 1999. Currently it employs 2300 people with a capacity of 30,000 vehicles. Two SUV models are sourced from Beijing Automobile Works, in addition to the Isuzu-derived SUV and pick-up models.
